By Donald M'Lean, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand. ! 1 JITRSUANT to a Proclamation issued JL under my hand, dated the 2lstJan., 1868, I, Donald M’Lcan, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that at the Land Office, Napier, at noon ou WEDN KSDAY, the 27th day of May, 1868, the Commissigner of Crown Lands will offer to public competition, under the provisions of the “Hawke’s Bay Waste Land Regulations Amendment Act 1865,” now in force in this province, Town Sections at Mahia and Clyde (Wairoa), and Suburban Sections at Wairoa, Porangahau, Havelock, and Waitangi, that are referred to in the Schedules hereunto annexed, and at the upset price mentioned therein. Dated at Napier, this 21st day of Feb. in the year of our Lord one thou, Band eight hundred and sixty eight DONALD ABLE AN, Superintendent, SCHEDULE Of Town and Suburban Land at Mahia, Clyde (Wairoa), Havelock, Porangahau, and Waitangi, to go to Auction, at the Crown Lands Office, at Napier at noon, on the 27th day of May, 1868.
