(royermaent Advertisements. PROCLAMATION. By Donald M'Lean, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand. PURSUANT to a Proclamation issued under my hand, dated the 21st Jan., 1868, I, Donald M'Lean, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that at the Land Office, Napier, at noon on WEDNESDAY, the 27th day of May, 1868, the Commiseigner of Crown Lands will oiler to public competition, under the provisions of the “Hawke’s Bay Waste Land Regulations Amendment Act 1865,” now in force in this province, Town Sections at Mahia and Clyde (Wairoa), and Suburban Sections at "Wairoa, Porangahau, Havelock, and Waitangi, that are referred to in the Schedules hereunto annexed, and at the upset price mentioned therein. Dated at Napier, this 21st day of Feb. in the year of our Lord one thou, sand eight hundred and sixty eight DONALD M‘LEAN, Superintendent.
