PLRSUANT to a Proclamation issued under my hand, dated the 21st Jan., 1868, I, Donald M'Lean, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that at the Land Office, Napier, at noon on WEDN KSDA Y, the 27th day of May, 1868, the Cotnmissigner of Crown Lands will oiler to public competition, under the provisions of the “Hawke’s Bay Waste Land Regulations Amendment Act 1865,” now in force in this province, Town Sections at Mahia and Clyde (Wairoa), and Suburban Sections at Wairoa, Porangahau, Havelock, and Waitangi, that are referred to in the Schedules hereunto annexed, and at the upset price mentioned therein.
