PURSUANT to a Proclamation issued under my hand, dated the 21st Jan., 1858, I, Donald M'Lean, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that the Lands described in the annexed Schedule having been classified by the Commissioner of Crown Lands as land suitable for agriculcultural settlement, will be open to public selection, under the “ Hawke’s Bay Waste Land Regulations Amendment Act, 1865,” at the Land Office, Napier, on and after THURSDAY, the 28th day of May, 1868, at the fixed price of One pound per acre.
