PBELIMINARr CoMPETXTIT* FIHIJTG. At the firing which took place at Green-j meadows on Monday last, Captain A. Kennedy, of No. 2 Company of Militia, made the highest score, 53 points, and will accordingly represent the Province at Wellington at the forthcoming Colonial Prize Firine.
