T DONALD M'LEAN, Superintendent _L. of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do Hereby Proclaim that a Sale of Crown Lands will take plaoe at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on THURSDAY, March 12, 1868, at noon precisely, when the allotments of laud specified in the schedule hereunto annexed, except such as may be reserved under the provision hereinafter mentioned, and which have been duly certifiedby the Commissioner of Crown Lands, on the application of intending purchasers, as being unavailable for agricultural purposes, will be put up to public auction at the upset price of ss. per acre, in accordance with the Land Regulations of the 4th March, 1563, and the additional regulations for the amendment and extension of the said regulations recommended bythe Su perintendent and the Council for the Provioce of Wellington (session 2) to the Governor.
