Advertisers will, therefore, find the HAWKE’S BAY TIMES a desirable medium for making their wants known to the public, and the commercial portion of the community will find it advantage* ous in giving notice of Merchandise, Produce Stock, &c., for sale. Terms of Advertising.— One Shilling per every half inch or under for the first insertion ; and for each subsequent insertion, half price. Quarterly advertisements, per contract. Cards, not exceeding half an inch, 10s 6d per quarter. Advertisements should be left at the office, on the Spit, not later than 6 o’clock on the evenings of Wednesday and Saturday. Orders for withdrawal or alteration of advertisements not later than noon, to ensure attention.
