I DONALD M‘LEAN, Superintendent | , of the Province of Hawke's Bay, do Hereby Proclaim that a Sale of Crown Lands will take place at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on THURSDAY, March 13, 1868, at noon precisely, when the allotments of land specified in the schedule hereunto annexed, except such as may be reserved under the provision hereinafter mentioned, and which Lave been duly certifiedfay the Commissioner of Crown Lands, on the application of intending purchasers, as being unavailable for agricultural pur» poses, will be put up to public auction at the upset price of ss. per acre, in accordance with the Land Regulations of the 4th March, 1863, and the additional regulations for the amendment and extension of the said regulations recommended by the Superintendent and the Council for the Provides of Wellington (session 2) to the Governor. A fee of sixpence is chargeable on each Crown Grant for every month during which it shall remain in this office after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice.

Written authorities (in the form to be obtained at this office), must be produced in cases where the grantee does not attend personally to receive his grant.
