MA.ILS CLOSE, — For Tauranga and Auckland, per s.s. Egmont, on Tuesday, 31st December, at 11 u.ra. at the Chief Post Office, Eastern Spit, and at 10 a.m. at the Brandi Office, Hastings-street. (Should the Auckland psrtion of the English Mail he on hoard, the Egmont—due on the 30th Dee. —will proceed on her voyage a few hours after arrival.) For England, via Panama, also for the British American Colonies, rhe United States, and other countries of North and South America, per s.s. Wellington, at the Chief Post Office, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, 2nd January, 1868, and at
the Branch Office, Uastings-street, at 10 a.m. For Southern Provinces of New Zealand, Australian Colonies, &e., per s.s. Wellington, at same hours as above. 0* Registered Letters received till the 2nd January at 10 a.m. Money Orders will not be issued after the 31st December at 5 p.m. PETER BOURKE, Chief Postmaster.
