Provincial Council.

TUESDAY, lOru SEPTEMBER. The Council met at 3 p.ra., pursuant to adjournment. —Ths Spsaker, Ehod??, Irvine, Kennedy, Sutton, Tiffen. and Wood. The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed. Mr. Rhodes said that it was unnecessary to inform the Council that two of their members were at the General Assembly, and many others absent. Under these circumstances, after arranging that the notices on the paper should not be allowed to lapse, lie should move the adjournment. The notices on the paper were then separately deferred till next sitting day. Mr Rhodes moved that the Council do now adjourn (o Tuesday, the Ist October. Agreed to, and the Council accordingly adjourned.
