A choice dairy cow brought US; others from AD to Al2 os each. Lilt caltle were in short supply ; 52 head sold, but cist week s prices ivcre barely sustained. Several pelts of breeding owes (haU'-breds) were sold. Messrs. Hunter and Co.’s report for the week ending r liith .August : AY. Hunter and Co. have to report that at their sale on Saturday hot there Were about 40 horses entered for sale, of which about 80 were disposed of at former rates. At their Newmarket saloon Monday last a largo number of cattle were brought in. Most of the dairy cows were withdrawn in consequence of low prices. Eat cattle sold well.
