X By Joseph Rhodes, Esquire, DeputySuperintendent of the Province of H awke’s Bay in the Islands of New I, JOSEPH RHODES, Deputy-Superin-tendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, Do hereby Proclaim and Notify that the Lands described in the annexed Schedule will be open for public selection under the Regulations of the 4th day of March, 1853, and the additional Lund Regulations of the 15th February, 1855, at the Land Office, Napier, on and after Wednesday, the 12th of October, 1867. Dated this first day of August, in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven. JOSEPH RHODES, Deputy-Superintendent. SCHEDULE Of portion of the Kopuawhara Block, adjoining the N uhaka Block. 4633 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the North by latitude 39 deg. South, the Northern boundary of the Province of Hawke’s Bay; towards the East by the Kopuawhara stream, native land and the sea; towards the I Soufh by the sea and the Nuhakaj Block; and towards the West by the N uhaka Block.
PROCLAMATION. By Joseph Rhodes, Esquire, DeputySuperintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay in the Islands of New Zealand. I, JOSEPH RHODES, Deputy-Superln-tendeut of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that at 12 o’clock at noon on WEDNESDAY, the 25th of September next, in the Crown Lands Office, at Napier, the Commissioner of Crown Lands will offer to public competition, under the provisions of the Land Regulations now in force in this Province. Town Sections, — Napier, White Road Clive, and Sections in Village of Wallingford jSuburban Sections, — Porangahau, Awatoto, near Tareha’s Bridge, West Ciive Agricultural Sections, — Between Porahgahau and Blackhead And Rural Sections, — Whangawehi No. 2, Mahia That are referred to in the Schedules hereunto annexed, and on that upset price mentioned therein. If at any time during the sale it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expedient for the public service to res rve from sale either of the sections specified in the said Schedules, or k) vary the order in which the) are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so.
