On - the thirteenth day of Febmarr, ISG7. AN reading the petition of John Rigby \_f and on hearing Hr Leo of counsel for the said John Higby it is ordered that the estate and effects of the petitioner be feuvu’itratcd in the bands cf the Inspector in Bankruptcy for the Province of Ha wke’s Hay; and that the said petitioner do come up for hearing before His Honor Mr Justice Johnston at the Supremo Court li ouse Napier on (ho first practicable| sittings of the said Court at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon and that a meeting of the Creditors of the said petitioner be held at- a time and place to fixed by the. Registrar of the Supremo Court at Hawke’s Hoy for (he purpose of recommending Trustees of the said Estate and the mode of winding up the said Estate and to report to this Honorable Court •whether the Creditors recommend that the said Debtor should obtain his final discharge without reference to the amount of Ills Estate. And it is further ordered that until the hearing of (he said petition the said petitioner be protected from arrest except iu such, cases ns vonld render him liable to arrest or mesne process by the order of a Judge of this Court or cf a Registrar of this Court in the absence of a Judge (hereof.
