Now’, therefore, I, Donald M'Lean, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim that the respective person and place hereinafter mentioned shall be a Poundkeeper and public Pound: — Mr Edwakd Collins, Waipawa. A.-hicy and Lemuel S.iywel tiled herein and on hearing Mr Pharazyn of counsel for the sai l Lemuel 'aywell it is oruered that the said petition be accepted and that the estate and ell'ects of the said petitioner be sequestrated in tluhands of t tie Inspector in Bankruptcy for the said Province of Hawke’s Bay end that tins said petitioner do come up for hearing before His Honor Mr Ju-tice Johnston at the Supreme Court liou-e Napier on the first practicable sittings of the sain Court at the Lour of leu o’e.ock in the forenoon and that a meeting of the Creditors of the said petitioner be held at the oliico of J. N. Wilson Esquire in Napie aforesaid on -Monday the loth day of duly instant at the hour of 12 o’clock in tluforenoon for the purpose of recommending Tiustees ol the said e-tate and effects and the mode of winding up the said tstate and that the said Inspector in Bankruptcy be appointed an interim Sequestrator of the said Estate and it is further ordered tiiat this present order shall be a vesting order a# provided by the Debtor’s and Creditor’s Act Amendment Act 18G5 provided however that not him' herein contained shall protect the person of the said petitioner from any writ of arrest which may issue against him under the AYrit of Arrest Act to tlie satisfaction of a Judge of this honorable Court or of a Registrar thcreot in the absence of a Judge.
