It cures diseases of the chest scrofula, lymphatic disorders, green sickness, muscular atony, and loss of appetite, it regenerates the constitution by purifying the blood, and is, in a word, the most powerful depurative known. It never fatigues the stomach and bowels like the lodide of Iron and the lodide of Potassium, and is administered witli the greatest efficacy to young children subject to humors, or obstruction of the glands. Dr Cazenave oi St Louis Hospital, Paris, recommends it particularly in cutaneous diseases, con jointly with the pills that bear his name. Diseases of the Chest.— Syrup of Rypophosphite of Lime, manufactured by Grihault A Co., Chemists. I his new medicine, delicious to the palate, is a sovereign remedy for coughs, colds, irritation of the lungs, and is also an excellent remedy in cases of consumption. Under its inllucnce, the cough abates, nocturnal perspirations cease, and the patient rapidly recovers health and flesh. Indigestion oh Dyspepsia.— Elixir of Pepsine, prepared by Gkijiaukt & Co., Chemists. It is the best adjunct | to Cod-liver Oil, and the best preserver ol |: health in tropical climates.
