T, JOSEPH RHODES, Deputy-Superin-of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim that a sale of Crown Lands will ■ lake place at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on Wednesday, 2Glh June, 13i ; 7, at noon precisely, when the allotments of land specified in the Schedule hereunto annexed, except such as may be reserved ; under the provision herinafter mentioned, and which hare been duly certified by the Commissioner of Crown Lands on the application of intending purchasers as being ' unavailable for agricultural purposes, will be put up to public auction at the upset price of ss. per acre, in accordance with the " hand Regulations of the 4th March, ISS3, and the additional Regulations for the amendment auo extension of the said Regulations recommended by theSupenntendonr and the Council for the Province of Wellington (lessiou 2) to the Governor. If r.t any time during the sale it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expedient for the pub -ic service to reserve from sale either of the sections specified in the said Schedule, or to vary lire order in which they are to be pul up, he is hereby authorised to do so.
