Papties tendering for any of the abovementioned articles must specify in their tenders the names of their sureties, who will be bound conjointly in a bond for a regular supply of the article or article* they may engage to furnish. It shall be uistiuctly understood that in all cases the articles are to be of the best description ; and should any bad or faulty articles be furnished by the contractor, no payment will be made for the same, and they will have to take them buck at their own expense, end supply a good article |in their place; falling which, the Provincial Government may order them to be procured at the expense of the contractor wherever they can be obtained. The contractor shall lodge at the Superintendent’s office a sample of any of tha a; tick s for which his tender has been accepted, if required to do so.
