FLOOD—At his residence, 197, EUzabcth-strcet, Sydney, on the 11th May, utter a short and painful illness, deeply regretted by all who knew him, Thos. Flood, Estj,, aged (i t years, brother of Edward Flood, Escj., of Botanystreet, a native of the colony. HAYMES—-At Napier, on the Ist June, Emily Elizabeth, daughter of Mr A. 0. Rhymes, jeweller, aged S years, MITCHELL—At Rcevu’s-place, Glebe-st., Sydney, on the 20th April, Glebe, youngest son of John and Sarah Mitchel, aged 15 mouths. SHEPHERD—At Napier, on the sth June, Mr Thomas Shepherd, carpenter, aged -10 years.
