Block containing 1,005 acres of rich Agricultural Land, situated ou the main line of road and in the centre of the Ahuriri Plains, distant about 2 miles j south of tho Town of Tiuvelock, and about lG miles from the Town of Napier. This Block is Mmtraol/ adapted lor agricultural purposes. 8. 4,5110 acres of good Grazing Laud at Waikari.
