MMIGRATION TO HAWEE’S BAY PUBLIC NOlli? TCATiON. who wish to bring out Shepherds, Laborers, or Alechamcs, to be selected by their correspondents iu Great Bri( aiu and Ireland, will be enabled to do so on the following terms. Any householder or other person who shall by surety or otherwise give sutheient security for the repayment of passage money, shall be entitled after signing promissory notes for the amount of such passage, to apply to the Immigration Agent at Napier, giving the name and address of the person or persons whom they desire to bring out, and on so doing the Provincial Agent in London will be instructed to provide a passage to .Napier, ;iviug for ear'll Immigrant at a rate not exceeding £IS per adult. Promissory Notes for a like amount will also have to be given by intending immigrants to the Provincial Agent in Loudon. If the person coming, or his Agent, accepts of a passage aud refuses or neglects to avail himself thereof after notice has been given in writing that the vessel is to sail, the party so doing shall be liable to forleit half of the passage money. In the event of death on the voyage half only of the passage money shall bo charged. The passsage money is advanced in the ilrst instance by the Provincial Government subject to repayment in four equal half-yearly instalments of 114 10s each, commencing from the date of arrival at Napier. A Block at or near the entrance to the 40-mile Bush, comprising about 6,000 acres. 2. A Block of 12,000 acres at Table Cape. 3. Suburban Allotment* at tha Ngaruroro Bridge. 4. 600 ucrea of Agricultural Land at VT aikuri. 5. Buo acre* of Kural Land at Te Wai roa. 6. 400 aero* of Bush Land at the Poll ui. 7. Block containing 1,905 acres of rich Agricultural Land, situated on the main line of road and in the centra of the Ahuriri Plains, distant about 2 miles soutli of the Town of Havelock, and about 16 miles from iho Town of Napier. This Block is admirably adapted for agricultural purpose*. 8. 4,500 acres of good Grazing Land at Waikari. The size of the several allotment* in each of the Blocks specified, and date of sale, will ha duly notified iu tha ‘Provincial Government Gazette.’ Block 7 will bo laid off into sections varying from 40 to 200 acre*.
