It will consist of 14 numbers, one of which will be published weekly, and issued with each Thursday’s Times until the whole is completed. _ Terms to subscribers, 5s for the whole issue. Single copies of each number, 6d each. The publication will be commenced as soon as 40 subscribers’ names are obtained.
