By Joseph Rhodes, Esq., Deputy-Super-intendent of the Province of Havrke’ DayUndeb and in pursuance of the powers vested in mo by the Public Reserves Administration Act, Session XI., No. 6,1866, of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, I hereby notify for public information tiiat all that piece or parcel of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder mentioned will be offered for sale by public auction, under the said Act at the Crown Laads Office, Napier on MONDAY, the 29th day of April, 1807, at noon.
