Nos. 5,6, 7, and 9 Companies, and the Waipawa Cavalry Volunteers, at V\ aipukurau, on Wednesday, the 13th March, 1837. In pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled “The Regulation of Elections’ Act, 1858,” I, George Andrew Oliver, Returning OlKcdrfor the Electoral District ol Nap’er Country, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a writ bearing date the 13tli day of February, 1867, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an Election will be held for the leturn of two qualified persons to serve as members of the Provincial Council for the said Electoral District j and that the nomination of candidates will take place at Mr. Ts(Ten's -Woolshed, at Meanee, on MONDAY, 35th March n xt, and that the poll (if necessary) svili be taken on TUESDAY, the 26tb, and that T will decl re the result of the poll on WEDNESDAY, the 27th March, at 1o’clock noon.
