I, JOSEPH RHODES, Deputy-Superin-tendent of the Province of Hawke’a. Bay, do hereby proclaim that a sale of Crown Lands will take place at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on THURSDAY, 28th February, 1867, at noon precisely, whan the allotments of Land specified in the Schedule hereunto annexed, except such aa may be reserved under the provision hereinafter mentioned, and which have been duly certified by the Commissioner of Crown Lands on the application of intending purchasersas being unavailable for agricultural purposes, will bo put up to publie auction at the upset price of 5s per acre, in accordance with the Land Regulations of the 4tn March, 1853, and the addition-.! Regulations (or the amendment and extension of the said Regulations recommended by the Superintendent and the Couucii for the Province of Wellington (Session 2) to the Governor. If at any time during the sale it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expediOTt for the public service to reserve from sale either of the sections specified in the said Schedule, or to vary the order in which they are to bo put up, he is hereby authorised to do a ■.
