A SUGGESTION.
Tp THE EDITOR. OF THE TIMES. SIE, —’Between the Eastern, Spit and trie Steam Flour Mill there are two bridges, one of which has a railing at the sides, and the other none. Permit me (o suggest that these bridges be made uniform. It would not be a bad idea to Juice the sides boarded for about two feet from the level of the bridge. I am, fy~c., Civis.
