Crown Lands Office, Xapier, 20th Dec., 1866. p RE LI MI NA R Y NOTIC KThe following BLOCKS of LAND, cheilh Agricultural, will be oll'ered for tale bit the Provincial Government:— 3. A Block at or near the entrance to the 10-milo Bush, comprising about 5,00 c acres. 2. A Block of 12,000 acres at Table Cape. 3. Suburban Allotments at the Xgaruroro Bridge. 4. 500 acres of Agricultural Land at Waikari. 5. SOO acres of Rural Land at Te Wairoa. 6. 400 acres of Bush Land at the Po hui. 7. Block containing 1,905 acres of rich Agricultural Land, situated on the main line of road and in the centre of the Ahuriri Plains, distant about 2 miles south of the Town-of Havelock, and about 1(5 miles from the Town of Kapier. This Block is admirably adapted for agricultural purposes. 8. 4,500 acres of good Grazing Land at Waikari. The size of the several allotments in each of the Blocks specified, and date of sale, will be duly notified in the ‘Provincial Government Gazette.’ Block 7 will belaid off into sections varying from 40 to 200 acres.
