All Luggage must be delivered at theCompany's OJice, twenty-four hours before the departure of the steamer, when it will bo labelled, manifested, weighed, or measured. Napier, 21st Jan., 1866, MR ROBERT FRANCE, of Napier, having DESERTED HIS WIFE witdout making any provision for her maintenance, —This is to give notice that she will retain the possession she now holds of ALL PROPERTY of the said Robert France.
