Any householder or other person who shall by surety or otherwise give suilicient security for the repayment of passage money, shall be entitled after signing promissory notes for the amount of such passage, to apply to the Immigration Agent at Napier, giving the name and address of the person or persons whom they desire to bring out, and on so doing the Provincial Agent in London will be instructed to provide a passage to Napier, giving for each Immigrant at a rate not exceeding £lB per adult. Promissory Notes for a like amount will also have to be given by intending Immigrants to the Provincial Agent in London. If the person coming, or his Agent, accepts of a passage and refuses or neglects to avail thereof after notice has been given in writing that the vessel is to sail, the party so doing shall be liable to forfeit half of the passage money. In the event of death on the voyage half only ot the passage money shall be charged. The passsage money is advanced in the first instance by the Provincial Government subject to repayment in four equal half-yearly instalments of £4 10s each, commencing from the date of arrival at Napier. It cures diseases of the chest, scrofula, lymphatic disorders, green sickness, muscular atony, and loss of appetite, it regenerates the constitution by purifying the blood, and is, in a word, the most powerful depurative known. It never fatigues the stomach and bowels like the lodide of Iron and the lodide of Potassium, and is administered with the greatest efficacy to young children subject to humors, or obstruction of the glands. Dr Cazenave of St Louis Hospital, Paris, recommends it particularly in cutaneous diseases, conjointly with (he pills that bear his name. No more Consumption or Diseases of the Chest.— Syrup of Hypophosphits of Lime, manufactured by Geimault & Co., Chemists.—This new medicine, which is delicious to the palate, is a sovereign remedy for coughs, colds, irritation of the lungs, and is also an excellent remedy in cases of consumption. Under its influence the cough abates, nocturnal perspirations cease, and the patient rapidly recovers health and flesh. No more Indi&estion os Dyspepsia. — Elmr of Fepsine, prepared by Geimault & Co., Chemists. Fepsine is the gastric juice itself, or rather the purified active principle which digests food in the stomach. When from various causes the supply of the digestive fluid is too small, the inevitable consequences are bad digestion, gastntig, gsstralgis, inflammation of the mucous coat of the stomach and bowels, heartburn, anoemea, loss of strength, and in females general derangement. The Elixir of Vcpsuie, which is sanctioned by the approbation of the Paris Academy of Medicine, speedily cures ail such diseases, and prevents vomiting during pregnancy.
