New York advices report the clearance of the Alpha and James Guthrie, for Melbourne, with 171.000 gallons of kerosine, 305,8731 b of tobacco, lumber and sundries. The A. W. Stevens, for Otago, has 26,080, gals, kerosine. The Herschel and Indian, for Adelaide, bring 106.000 gallons of kerosine, and 50,0001 b tobacco. Arrived.—Fanny Small, from Valparaiso, with 400 tons of breadstuffs ; James Lister, from London.

Sailed.—Bantipole, for Melbourne, with her original cargo of tea from Foo-ehow-foo; Albatross, for Auckland.
