A Block at or hear the entrance to the 40-mila Bush, comprising about 5,003 acres. 2. A Block of 12,000 acres at Table Cape. 3. Suburban Allotments at the Ngaruroro Bridge. 4. 500 acres of Agricultural Land at Waikari. 5. 800 acres of Rural Land at Te Wairoa. 6. 400 acres of Bush Land at the Pohui.
