Davis occupying the chair, to erect a memorial to Private William Young, No. 4 Company Militia, who was killed before Ornarapsui pa on the 12th October, The following resolutions were passedl. That a subscription list bg opened, and that each member of the Company be requested to subscribe any sum not exceeding JOs for the abpve purpose. 2. That Sergeant Davis he a» pointed Treasurer.
