Hawke’s Bay Agricultural Society.— A meeting was held in the Council Chamber, Napier, on Saturday, 6th inst., at noon, pursuant to advertisement, to arrango preliminaries of the nest Agricultural Show. The following resolutions were pass cm : —l. Moved by Mr Tifien, and seconded by Mr M. Hill, ‘‘That liio nest meeting of the liawko’s Bay Agricultuial Society bo hold at Mcauee on the Sth November.” Moved by Mr M'Lean, seconded by Mr Tiiien, That a Managing Committee be formed to carry out resolution No. d. to consist of M. Hill, Esq., 11. S. Tiffen, Esq., O. Xj, \V. Bousdoid, Esq., Cartright Brown, Esq. S. Locke. Esq., and the mover.”
