SUTTON begs to return thanks to the public of Hawke’s Bay for the encouragement they have shown him in past years, and also reminds them that he has now FOB SALE a large and well-selected assortment of NUESERY STUFF. Owing to the dry season, plants have not made as large growth as usual; but being healthy and well rooted, he trusts they will give satisfaction. Fruit Trees of the usual leading kinds, in great variety. Forest and Ornamental Trees for shrubberies and plantations. Large Trees for immediate effect, &c., &c. 1000 Seedling Laburnum, 6s per 100 2000 „ Bobinia, or Prickly Acacia, 6s per 100 6000 One-year Asparagus. Having been grown in rich sandy soil, are very strong. 8a per 100 500 Two-year Sea Kale, strong, 6s per dozen 100 extra strong Pear Trees, five to seven feet high, well furnished and covered with fruiting buds, 42s and 50s per dozen according to size Strong one-year-old Fruit Trees, by name 2s 6d each, or 27s per dozen Vines, good names, one year, Is each; two years.
