Nos. 72, 73, 74, 75,76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, and 86) in conformity with the Fencing Act of the Provincial Council of the Province of Wellington, Session I, No. 13, and of the Fencing Amendment Act of the Provincial Council of Hawke’s Bay, Session 8, No. 7, and I hereby require you individually to assist in erecting the said dividing fence within thirty-one (31) days from this date, otherwise I shall proceed to erect the same, and call upon you for payment of one-half of the cost of erecting or making the whole of such dividing fence.
