IVTOTICE is Hereby Giron that a Court will XII bo held for Revising the List of Voters for the District of Napier, at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Napier, on WEDNESDAY, the 25th July, at 11 o’clock in the ftrenoon, at which— The Claims of Persons objected to will be determined. The names of Persons proved to be dead will be expunged. The names of Persons whose Christian Names or Places of --abode, or the nature of whose Qualifications shall be wholly ommitled, where by law required to bo specified in the List, or whose Place of Abode or the nature or description of whose qualifications are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expuged j unless the matter so omitted or insufficiently described be supplied to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer, before, ho shall hare completed the Revising of such List of Voters.
