Supeeme Couet Sittings.— By a Provincial Government Gazette, issued on Friday last, 13th July, -we observe that the Circuit Sittings of the Supreme Court for the despatch of civil and criminal business will be holden at the Court* house, Napier, on Wednesday, the Ist day of August, 1866, at 10 a.m.; that a minor sittings under the provisions of the “Supremo Court Amendment Act, 1862,” will be hold on Saturday, the 4th day of August, at 10 a.m.; that a sittings under the provisions of the “Supreme Court Amendment Act,” for the despatch of all business accruing under the provisions of the “Debtors’ and Creditors’ Act, 1862,” will beheld on Monday, the 6th day of August, 1866, at 10 a.m.; and that a sittings in banco will be held on Wednesday, the Bth day August, 1866, at 10 a.m.
