It cures diseases of the chest, scrofula, lymphatic* disorders, green sickness, muscular atony, and loss of appetite, it regenerates the constitution by purifying the blood, and is, in a word, the most powerful depurative known. It never fatigues the stomach'and bowels like the lodide of Iron and the lodide of Potassium, and is administered with the greatest efficacy to young children subject to humors, or obstruction of the glands. Dr Cazenaye of St Louis Hospital, Paris, recommends it particularly in cutaneous diseases, conjointly with the pills that bear his name. No more Consumption oe Diseases op the Chest. — Syrup of Hypophosphite of Lime, manufactured by Gkimault & Go., Chemists. —This new medicine, which is delicious to the palate, is a sovereign remedyfor coughs, colds, irritation of the lungs, and is also an excellent remedy in cases ofi consumption. Under its influence the cough abates, nocturnal perspirations cease, aud the patient rapidly recovers health and flesh. . N o moee Indigestion oe Dyspepsia.— Elixir of Pepsine, prepared by Geimault & Co.,Chemists. Pcpsme is the gastric juice "itself, or rather the purified active principle which digests food in the stomach. When from various causes the supply of (he digestive fluid is too small, the inevitable consequences arc bad digestion, gastritis, gnstralgia, inflammation or the mucous coat of the stomach and bowels, heartburn, anoemca, loss of strength, and in females general derangement. The Elixir of Pepsine, which is sanctioned by the approbation of the Paris Academy of- Medicine, speedily cures all such diseases, and prevents vomiting during pregnancy. No MOEE POYEUTY OP THE BLOOD AND PALE Complexion.— Phosphate of Iron: D±; Leras, Apothecary, Doctor of Science, Paris.—This new ferruginous medicine contains the elements of the bones and blood, and Iron in a liquid state. From observations made in the Paris Hospitals and detailed in the Prospectus, it is superior to ferruginous pills, laciate of iron, iron reduced by* hydrogen, pills and Syrups of the lodide of Iron, and cures rapidly stomach complaints, panful digestion, poverty of the blood, loss of strength and appetite and the diseases incidental to females. It is the test adjunct to CodDivcr Oil, and the hi st preserver of health in tropical climates. No moee Copaiba, oe Cubecs. — Capsules of Matico Vegetalis ; also. Liquid Extract of Matico. —These elegant preparations effect rapid and-ex-traordinary cures of recent and old and severs cases of disease.
