W. Stafford of his office as Colonial Treasurer; ihe appointment of the Hon. Francis Jullie to be Colonial Treasurer; treaties of navigation between her Majesty ami the King of Prussia, and of commerce between her Majesty and the Emperor of Austria ; a financial notice and postal notice (which will be found below) ; and a memorandum of the articles of agreement made between the hon. the Postmaster-General and the N-w Zealand Steam Navigation Com paay, together with the lime tables for east aud we t coast services.
