The rumors of congratulation transmitted by telegraph are thus unfounded. Breslau, March 26, We hear from Oldenberg, 25th March, through the Breslau Gazette, that five regiments belonging to the divisions of Hanover, Mensdorff, and Clam-Galias have passed with their staff through that town on their way from Transylvania to Silesia and Bohemia. The frontiers are receiving a great increase to their garrisons, and the displacement of troops is taking place every day. A great and warlike activity prevails everywhere. Lisbon, March 25.
