THE public are requested not to purchase any of my Seeds of Mr Boylan, as they were sold to him entirely without my consent or authority; and as I repudiate the whole transaction, his possession of them is illegal. As to my having instructed Mr Edward Lyndon to sell off my Trees by auction, I deny having done anything of the kind; it is a fiction altogether. Tiie public who may be requiring any of my Nursery Produce are informed that they will bo liberally dealt with; but if they do not send their orders to me, the rightful owner, they will run a great risk of their not being executed.
