New Advertisements. ||||^ PROCLAMATION. By Donald M’Lean, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay in the Islands of New Zealand. WHEREAS by a Proclamation under my hand and dated the thirty-first day of January, One thousand eight hundred and sixtysix, in pursuance of the powers vested in me bv the “Educational Reserves Act, 1861,” and (he ‘ Reserves Administration Act 1864,” of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, I did notify that all those parcels of Land enumerated in (he Schedule thereunder mentioned would bo offered far lease for a period of twenty-one years, subject to certain conditions thereinafterset out, at Napier, cn the eighth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixiy-gix: And whereas, by reason of an informality in the said Proclamation, it is expedient to annul and make void the same : Now, therefore, I, the said Donald M'Lean, Superintendent as aforesaid, by virtue and in exercise of all powers in any wise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby revoke and annul the said Proclamation, and declare that the same shall be null and void to all intents and purposes whatsoever. Given utder my hand and under the seal of the said Province, at Napier, this ninth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six. DONALD M 4 LEAN, Superintendent. NOTICE. —Those Electors who recorded their Votes in favor of Donald M’Lean, Esq., at the late Election, and who wish to bo gazetted as J.P.’s, —are requested to apply at the Augw-'intcn-dent’s Office, Napier, on or before the 26th iust., in order to have their names transmitted to the Government by the steamer which leaves Napier for Wellington on that day (Monday.) Superintendent’s Office, Napier, March 8,1866. SEALED TENDERS will be received at this office up to Noon on SATURDAY, 24th March, for preparing on the Te Aute and the Raukawa Bush about 300 Piles and other heavy pieces of Timber, for a Bridge over tbe Ngaruroro. The quantity required has been divided iuto three different contracts. Specification to be seen at this office and at Mr Frith’s Store, Te Aute. G. T. FANNIN, Superintendent’s Clerk. Board and Lodgings. MRS MURRAY begs to intimate to the inhabitants of Napier, and its vicinity, that she has now opened a BOARD AND LODGING HOUSE, in Hardinge-road, Eastern Spit, next house to the * Times ’ Office. She has room at present for a few respectable gentlemen. Charges moderate. Napier, Uth March} 1866.
