Free The amounts of the prizes will be published as ■oon as the collections are completed. G-ENEEAL PECULATIONS. 1. Tbs selling price must be attached to each implement shown, if for sale. 2. Entrances to be post entrances. 3. Pedigrees of all thorough-bred Entire Horse Stock must be deposited with the Secretary at the 1 time of making entry, i 4. All horses must bo haltered and led. 5. The same animal cannot he entered in two classes. 6. Exhibitors of poultry will bo required to find their own pens. 7. Implements must be on the ground and placed, at latest on the day previous to the Show. S. No stock exhibited to be removed from its place until after four o’clock on the day of Show. 9. The committee will not, under any circumatances, hold themselves responsible for loss, damage, or mis-delivery of live stock or other articles exhibited at the Show. 10. All entries to bo made under cover to the Secretary, at the oflics, Government Buildings, Napier, on or before Saturday, the 17th March, at 12 o’clock. 11. Any prize may bo withheld when the judges aro of opinion that there is not sufficient merit in the stock exhibited for such prize to justify an award —the decision of the judges to he final. 12. AlPeervants coming in charge of stock will he subject to the orders of the Committee. 13. No stranger or exhibitor will be admitted into the Cattle yard, under any pretence whatever, until the Show yard is open to the public. 14. As soon as the Judges shall in each case have made their decision of an award, the prize animal shall, if possible, bo distinguished as the winner by different colored prize cards. 15. TAKE NOTICE that the time having expired for which I agreed to depasture the Sheep and Horses mentioned in the return below written, I cannot continue to depasture the same. Further take notice that I shall be ready to deliver over the said Sheep and Horses on the fifteenth day of March next at the yards on Messrs Canning and Eusscli’s Station, situate at Oakbourno, in the Porangahau District. And farther that in the event of no person attending to take delivery of the said Sheep and Horses, I shall proceed to a Sale thereof by Public Auction, at such time as shall bo advertised in the public papers published in Hawke’s Bay, and shall hold the proceeds for the benefit of the said James Chapman.
