RULES: The Auckland Jockey Club Rules will be strictly adhered to. Mares and Geldings to receive an allowance of three pounds. No person, who is not a subscriber to the amount of two Guineas, shall bo allowed to enter a horse. The first race each day, to start at twelve o’clock precisely. The bell to be rung a quarter of an hour before each race. Three horses to start in each race, or no public money will be given. The second horse will save his stakes in each race where public money is given except the Consolation. Five per cent, on all winnigs to be deducted for expences of the Course.
