TO THE EDITOK OF THE HAWKE’S BAT TIMES. Sie, —I don’t know if you ever remarked as I have done some very remarkable specimens of roadmating that we have in this remarkable lowa. I wish, Mr Editor, you could inform me who the very remarkable individual or individuals are who laid out those remarkable roads, viz., from the Union Rank to the hospital, that to the residence of the Rev. Peter Barclay, and the Milton-road, as originally done from Mr Catchpool’s to the saddle. —Yours, &c., GRADIENT. Napier, 23rd Dec., 1865.
