Rigby, who was in Williams debt, afterwards failed, when Williams, withom my authority, sold my property to pay himself 1 sued Williams for £3, the price of my kegs but although I swore that Rigby had not paid foi them, Captain Curling said they were his, and ] have lost my property and my case through hones!
