Hon. Colonel Bussell.-— We understand that the new Native Minister, the hon. Colonel Bussell, left Wellington on Wednesday morning for the West Coast, in company Mr Halse and Miti, a Maori belonging to the Native Department. The object of the mission is not known, but it is supposed that he intends personally to investigate the condition of the native districts between here and Wanganui.—New Zealand Advertiser, Nov. 3,
