I, Donald M'Lsan, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby Proclaim and Notify that, at Noon on WEDNESDAY, the 29th day of November next, the Commissioner of Crown Lands will offer to Public competition, under the provisions of the .Land Eegulationis now in force in this Province, Town and Suburban Sections at Clyde (on the Wairoa Elver), and Town and Suburban Sections at Mahia, that are referred to in the Schedules hereunto annexed, and at the Upset Price mentioned therein. Dated at Napier, this sixth day of September, in the year of our Lord One thousand, eight hundred and sixtyfive.
