Adver. tisers will, therefore, find the Hawke’s Bay Times a desirable medium for making their wants known to the public, and the commercial portion of the cornmunity will find it advantageous in giving uptice of Merchandise, Produce, Stock, &c., for sale. Terms of Advertising.—One Shilling per every half inch or under for the first insertion ; and for each subsequent insertion, half price. Quarterly advertisements, per contract. Cards, not exceeding half an inch, pis 6d per quarter. Advertisements should be left at the office, on the Spit, not later than 6 o’clock on the evenings of Wednesday and Saturday; and at the Town Agent’s not later than 5 p.m. Orders for withdrawal or alteration of advertisements not later than noon, to ensure attention. It contains the whole of the original articles, correspondence, local, general, and commercial intelligence of the two preceding issues of the Times, besides a general summary of the news of the week and other matter, and has an extensive circulation over the Protincb and throughout the Colony. Advertisers will, therefore, find it a most desirable medium of communication with the general public.
