The names of Persons proved to be dead will be expunged. The Names of Persons whose Christian Names or Places of Abode, or the nature of whose Qualifications shall be wholly omitted, where by law required to be specified in the List, or whose Places of Abode, or the nature or description of whose Qualifications are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expunged; unless the matter so omitted or insufficiently described, be supplied to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer, before he shall have completed the Revision of such List of Voters.
