The Names of Persons whose Christian Names or Places of Abode, or the nature of whose Qualifications shall be wholly omitted, where by law required to be specified in the List, or whose Places of Abode, or the.nature or- description of whose Qualifications are.insuffieiently.described for the purpose of being.identified, will be expunged ; unless the matter so .omitted or insufficiently described, be supplied to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer, before he shall have completed the Revision of such List of Voters.
